Our Simple Selling Process – Step 1: Tell Us About Your House
Giving us a little information is all it takes to get started!
Just tell us a little about the house you are wanting to sell and how we can get in touch with you, we will take care of the rest!
If you don’t know the answer to some of the questions don’t worry about it. Once we have the address of the house you are looking to sell we put together an in-depth research file full of information we gather from public records; and we will probably have the answers that you don’t know off hand.
We are looking for basic information such as the address of the house, your name and contact information and your opinion on the houses current condition.
Sometimes you may have information that our Sell My House Fast Contact Form doesn’t asks for, like details about when the house was updated or when a bathroom was redone. You may even have the abstract for the house (a big thick book of legal looking documents), just keep all of this other information handy and be sure and mention it when you speak with a Closing Options Analyst™.
Once you submit your information to us you should expect a call from your personal Closing Options Analyst™ in less than an hour. Keep in mind, if you submit your information after 9 p.m. we typically wait to call until the next morning.
