Our Simple Selling Process – Step 3: We’ll Handle The Paperwork

As soon as we leave with a signed Purchase Agreement in hand we go straight to the Title Company and hand deliver it. This saves time and speeds up the process of getting the title work completed.

We work closely with our title company over the next 7-10 business days to be sure that everything is done properly and as quickly as possible. We have a lot of experience in this area, so we are able to get things done much faster than is typical.

We try and handle all of the paperwork so you don’t have to. Most of the time our clients don’t have to do a thing. Every now and then there will be a rare case when the title company lets us know that they need something, and it’s something that the client has to do. The vast majority of the time this is usually something as simple as a signature that’s needed to move things along.

In the rare event the title company needs something we can’t provide we will be sure and find out exactly what is needed. We will gather all of the needed paperwork and we will explain it to you in a way that is easy to understand even if you have no previous experience. Most of the time we can even accompany you and help you with whatever it is that’s needed. Even if we can’t do it ourselves, we can at least be there to be sure you don’t have any problems getting it done.

Keep in mind that 95% of the time we will be doing it all for you. Rest assured that if you are part of the 5% that we can’t do every single thing for, we will be right by your side to help you get it done.
