Before you move forward, it’s helpful to understand exactly what we take care of behind the scenes. Our goal is to make this step as effortless as possible while keeping you fully informed.
Here’s what we manage:
Purchase Agreement

Here’s what we need from you:
Provide Any Requested IDs
We will need a copy of your drivers license for the title company. If you don’t have a drivers license then our team will work with you to figure out another form of government issued ID we can use. This is required by the title company in order to set up your closing.
Choose Your Closing Date
Tell us when you want to close and we schedule it with the title company. You stay in full control of the timeline. Since we work closely with our title companies they try and accommodate the day and time we pick for a closing. Our team will work with you to figure out the specifics. Then we’ll coordinate with the title company to make sure the closing happens on time, as planned.
What Happens After We Handle the Paperwork?
