Most of our clients prefer to received check from the title company at closing. Sometimes we are able to arrange for the title company to wire the money directly to the client after closing. This depends largely on the title company but if that’s your preferred payment method we work hard to try and make it happen. And of course some clients want actual literal cash at closing. There are times this is possible, but there are certain restrictions that may apply.

Why Physical Cash at Closing isn’t Always Available

Some sellers ask if they can receive actual physical cash at closing. While we understand the appeal, there are important safety and banking limitations to consider.

Our team never carries cash to appointments or closings, and most banks simply do not keep large amounts of cash on hand. However, for clients who prefer physical cash, we do have a secure process in place to discuss your options.
