181-Close-Now (“181CloseNow”) provides the 181CloseNow Web site including the 181CloseNow Home Page and other 181CloseNow content (collectively, the “Site”) subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions below. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ACCESSING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE.

  9. Trademarks. 181CloseNow and other names, logos and icons identifying 181CloseNow and its products and services referenced herein are trademarks or registered trademarks of 181CloseNow. All other product and/or brand or company names mentioned herein are the trademarks of their respective owners.
  10. Right to Refuse Service. 181CloseNow reserves the right to refuse service to anyone as we deem fit in our sole discretion, which includes the right to provide them access to this Site. This Site and its services are not intended to be used by our competitors or anyone looking to duplicate our business model, which is proprietary. All such persons or parties are hereby notified that using our Site in such a capacity or while falling under such categories is a direct violation of this Agreement and is ordered to stop such use immediately. Those that fail to do so will be held liable to the fullest extent of the law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
